In our early beginnings, P&S Bakery served pizza products to retail customers in the Ohio Valley.

In 1994, my sons came aboard as we expanded into the local school district market supplying pizza and pepperoni rolls.

In July 1999, due to company growth, we moved into a new, larger facility. This move has allowed our company to expand.

We are now serving lunch programs throughout the United States.  We also distribute to grocery stores, vending companies, convenience stores, and the general public.

We produce a wide variety of breads, cookies, and filled rolls. These specialty items enhance any fund raising program.
P&S Bakery places very high emphasis on quality assurance. We have implemented a recall program, an allergen program, as well as a quality assurance program.

In March 2001, P&S Bakery was registered an ODA. Since that time, we have been granted the mark of inspection by the USDA as a federal meat inspected plant. We have implemented an intense:

  • Sanitation
  • Allergen Awareness
  • Recall
  • Food Defense
  • USDA required HACCP
  • and many other Quality Assurance Programs.

P&S Bakery performs third-party audits annually, and is currently pursuing SQF certification. These programs have enabled our company to offer a premium line of safe quality foods.
